The software. PathProbe runs locally on your computer. It does not include telemetry, analytics or tracking, and it does not send your network data, scan results or captures to us. Network tests you run (for example the internet check or WAN address lookup) contact the public hosts needed for that test. Pro license activation works offline.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing details and payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive your email, order details and license key so we can deliver and support your license. We never see your full card number.
Support email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to help you and meet legal obligations.
Website. This site is static and hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log basic request data (such as IP address) for security. We use no cookies or analytics.
Your rights. You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold by emailing service@getpathprobe.com. We do not sell personal data.
