Terms of Service

  1. License. PathProbe is licensed, not sold. Use is governed by the End User License Agreement included with the software (LICENSE file).
  2. Authorized use only. You may use PathProbe only on networks and systems you own or have explicit permission to test. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws.
  3. Pro licenses. A Pro purchase ($9.99) gives you a license key for your own use or your employer's internal use. Do not share or resell keys.
  4. Payments. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment and invoices and calculates, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT (including U.S. state sales tax) on each order. Prices shown exclude tax, which is added at checkout where required. All Pro sales are final and non-refundable; see our Refund Policy.
  5. No warranty. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
  6. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
